RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Our customer service will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund of its purchase price. Please note that returns that do not include a Return Authorization Number on the Address Label, will be refused. Returns should be sent to: As Seen on TV Attn. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING MAY BE REFUSED OR RETURNED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POSTAGE COST.
All our products are sold with our 30-day guarantee against defects. Defective merchandise will be replaced at our discretion. There are NO RETURNS on Software, Food items, Magazine Subscriptions, Media (Music CDs, Books, Videos, DVDs), Personal Items (Items used on the mouth, hair , body etc), or consumables which have been opened. All non-defective, unopened returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns are subject to the following: Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as tvtimedirect.com assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All products must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging.
Products shipped out for advanced replacement will be charged in full, and refunded when the product arrives back to us. If we send you a replacement product and do not get the original product back, we will charge you for the second product.
