I decided to use the chat to order a battery and ask for delivery details, possible return if it doesn't work. The assistant was overflowing with kindness and wanted more details. I thought it shouldn't be that complicated. Since they offer rechargeable batteries, the model is enough. Anyway, I took the time I needed and felt like a caveman. Finally, they offered me a specialist assistant to solve the problem and when asked how to communicate, I chose the same chat. Guess what happened. I received a form in which I had to provide detailed information - phone, email, and other data for $5 for the professional consultation 😂😂😂. And no option to refuse. Only to move forward.

I received one that was defected. You sent me another one which will only work if I hold it in place with my hand. That is very annoying. I hated to send another one back so it have kept it.
