PestContro Ultrasonic 600 Electronic Pest Repeller w/ Light (Single) Pest Contro brand Ultrasonic devices use ultra-high frequency sound waves that are set within the hearing range of rodents and other common household pests. Inaudible to humans, cats, dogs and most other household pets, the Ultrasonic frequency sounds like an extremely loud siren to rodents, driving them from the protected area. The Lentek PestContro 600 is designed to provide ultrasonic coverage within a single room. Simply plug the PestContro 600 device into an unobstructed wall outlet in the room to be covered by ultrasonic sound power. Coverage in a room can be improved by bouncing the sound off reflecting objects such as walls, mirrors, cupboard doors, appliances, etc. Obtaining a ricochet pattern will increase effective coverage. It is important to note that ultrasound cannot transmit through walls and doors, so you can keep the ultrasonic coverage within a room by closing doors, or leave the doors open to potentially extend the protection outside the room where it is plugged in. There will be a stronger ultrasonic effect within the room where the unit is placed.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from TV Time Direct, please contact customer service at sales@tvtimedirect.com . Please use your order number and last name  in the subject line of your message. Please see our return policy below. We cannot accept returns on certain items such as products used on the mouth, or other parts of the body. 

Return Policy:

TV Time Direct guarantees against manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from date of delivery. Defective merchandise will be replaced with another like product upon return and receipt by TV Time Direct of the defective item.

1. You may send the product back to us at your expense. We will not accept a collect or C.O.D. return. We will ship you a replacement at our expense (applicable within the continental USA only). If return is for a refund, the shipping and handling will not be refunded only the cost of the item. All Sales are Final on Export Orders.

2. TV Time Direct reserves the right to refuse any return that does not have an RMA # (your order number) on the box, in any case there will be an additional $5.00 charge if there is no RMA#.

3. Any returns that do not fall within our return policy are non-refundable and you will not receive credit. 

*Products that exceed the TVTimeDirect 30 day return but have an extended Manufacturer’s Warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.

*Rejected Delivery or Return of Unwanted Product requires TVTimeDirect approval. These type of returns may incur a restocking fee in all cases. Call for approval! We do not refund shipping charges on rejected deliveries, and Shipping charges will be doubled as we have had to pay for shipping both ways.

 

How will my order arrive?

Most orders are shipped the same or next day via UPS, or USPS. US Mail should be chosen for international and P.O. BOX customers. We use both UPS ground shipment and US Priority mail. Shipping times will vary depending on shipment location.

WE MAY CHANGE SHIPMENT METHODS AT OUR DISCRETION UNLESS YOU TELL US NOT TO. WE SOMETIMES DO THIS TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT FASTER.
